Shipping policy

We strive to process and ship your order to you within 3 business days. In periods of high demand, we will communicate delays to the processing of orders. We aim to use the most efficient delivery couriers in each area we ship to. For Australia deliveries, we use Australia Post. 

Free Shipping:

For Australian addresses, orders of $100 AUD or more qualify for free shipping. For American or United Kingdom addresses, orders of $100 USD or £75 GBP or more respectively qualify for free shipping. Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout if your order qualifies. You can upgrade to Express shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Free Shipping is only available currently in Australian, American or United Kingdom markets.

Shipping Costs:

For orders not qualifying for free shipping, a flat fee of $15 AUD applies for regular post and $20 AUD for express post. For international orders, a flat fee of $45 AUD applies for regular post and $70 AUD for express post (or relative price in the international currency). 

Delivery Timeframes:

Dispatch: 1-3 business days after order.

Delivery: 2-6 business days after dispatch, depending on domestic location. 1-3 business days for express orders. International: 6-21 business days for standard delivery and 4-8 business days for express.

Preorders:

For items currently in production, we'll put an estimated shipping date on the product  page. If there are any further delays or changes in the estimated shipping date, we'll notify existing customers immediately and update the product page with an accurate date. Customers may be entitled to cancel these orders and receive a refund if the date changes. Please email us in such a situation.
